As part of the Social project, Yuliia Demchuk, board member of Geothermal Ukraine, introduced the Ukrainian version of the book “Our Hidden Powers” to approximately 25 first graders of Lyceum No. 14 named after Ukrainian professor Serhiy Fedorovych Hrushevskyi within VIII Scientific Hackathon in Ukraine.
This inspiring presentation is a cornerstone of Geothermal Ukraine’s social initiative, carried out in collaboration with Baseload Capital. The project’s mission is to educate children about renewable energy—with a special emphasis on geothermal energy—and to nurture environmental awareness from an early age.
The book, authored by Baseload Capital, provides an engaging and accessible way for children to understand the significance of renewable energy and the power of collaboration. Through vibrant storytelling and illustrations, “Our Hidden Powers” introduces young readers to the fascinating world of geothermal energy and its role in creating a sustainable future.
Geothermal Ukraine is committed to promoting geothermal energy through a multi-faceted approach. By introducing innovative educational tools like “Our Hidden Powers” into the classroom, Geothermal Ukraine is laying the groundwork for sustainable energy education in Ukraine.
