Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) governs the use of the NON-
GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION GEOTHERMAL UKRAINE website
https://geothermalukraine.org/(hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), including user (you) access to the Site with all its subpages.
The Site is supported and owned by the NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION "GEOTHERMAL
UKRAINE" (EDRPOU code 44900467, address: 76000, Ukraine, Ivano-Frankivsk, 15 Karpatska St.),
registered under the current legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization").
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 User (or Stakeholder) is any individual or legal entity who uses the Site:
1.2 These Terms are a legally binding agreement between the User and the Organization, the subject of
which is to provide the User with access to the Site and the use of its services.
1.3 By using the Site or any part of it, the User automatically gives full and unconditional consent to all
the Terms of the Organization and undertakes obligations in accordance with these Terms.
1.4 If the User does not agree with these Terms (in whole or in part), he/she should immediately leave
the Site. Use of the Site, any information on the Site and use of the Site, in such a case, are
prohibited.
1.5 If the law of the country of residence or stay, for any reason, prohibits or restricts the use of the Site,
the User should refrain from visiting it. Any use of the Site in such a situation is the responsibility of
the User, while the present Terms remain in effect.
1.6 When using the Site, your rights and obligations are determined by these Terms, as well as other
documents published on the Site, including the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Agreement
on Public offer for charitable donation, which are an integral part of these Terms.
1.7 The information published on the Site in the form of news, articles and other informational materials
of the Organization is current as of the date of their compilation. With the passage of time, or in
connection with subsequent events, a certain part of this information may turn out to be incomplete
or irrelevant. After publication on the Site, the Organization does not guarantee prompt adjustments
of such information.
2. Rights, obligations and responsibilities.
2.1 The User undertakes to use the Site exclusively for purposes that do not conflict with these Terms,
as well as other documents published on the Site, including the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy,
and the Agreement on Public offer for charitable donation the current legislation of Ukraine, as well
as principles of reasonableness, conscientiousness and morality.
2.2 The User is obliged to provide, if necessary, reliable information on the Site, as well as reliable,
complete and up-to-date personal data.
2.3 If the User believes that the website contains information that violates his/her rights, he/she should
send a message to the email address info@geothermalukraine.org and provide all information
confirming the fact that his rights have been violated.
2.4 In case that the User provided false information about the violation of his/her rights, he/she is fully
responsible for the damages and expenses incurred in connection with this.
2.5 The User is prohibited from using the Site to:
* Distort information about oneself or one's relations with other persons or organizations;
* Use any computer programs to collect information on the Site and/or interact with the Site and its
services;
* To carry out illegal collection, systematization, storage and distribution of personal data of other
Users;
* Take actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Site and its services, as well as
disrupting the functionality of computer equipment and software;
* Download, store, publish, distribute and provide access to or otherwise use viruses, trojans or other
malicious programs;
* Upload, store, publish, distribute and provide access to or otherwise use any information that:
o Is illegal or contrary to the Terms and Policies of the Organization;
o Contains calls to violate the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of
Ukraine;
o Contains obscene language, even with the use of masking symbols, such as "*".
o Contains threats and intimidation;
o Spreads unwanted e-mail, spam;
o Does not carry a meaningful load;
o Misleads other users;
o Contains threats, discredits, offends, degrades the honor and dignity or business reputation,
or violates the privacy of others;
o Users or third parties;
o Contains extremist materials;
o Promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for committing
criminal acts;
o Violates other rights and interests of individuals and legal entities, or the requirements of the
legislation of Ukraine.
2.6 Rights of the Organization:
The Organization has the right to limit the functionality of the Site, close access to it, change the Site
completely or partially without prior notice to the User.
2.7 Responsibility of the Organization:
The Organization is not responsible for the use or non-use of the Site by the User, including the
impossibility of using the Site.
The Organization is not responsible for the content of sites, links to which may be present on the
Organization's Website, does not guarantee their availability and correct operation.
3. Intellectual property rights.
3.1 Materials published on the Site are intended for your personal non-commercial use. All materials,
including texts, images, designs, graphics, information, logos, trademarks, trade names and other
materials ("Content"), as well as copyright and other intellectual property rights to such Content
belong to the Organization or are posted with the consent of the owner. You must comply with all
additional copyright notices, information or restrictions contained on any page of the Site. The
content of the Site is protected by copyright in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and
international copyright law.
3.2 You may not modify, publish, transfer, participate in the transfer or sale, reproduce (except as
provided in these Terms), create new works, distribute, perform, or in any way use the Content of the
Site in whole or in part. No part of the Site may be displayed or distributed for commercial gain, or
edited or incorporated into another project, publication or website, except as provided in these
Terms. You may download or copy the content of the Site, other components and elements
displayed on the Site for personal use only, provided that you observe all copyright and other notices
contained therein.
3.3 Use of Site materials, images and texts, as well as automated copying of site information by any
programs without written permission of the Organization is prohibited. Partial or complete use of
information without reference to the Site https://geothermalukraine.org/ is prohibited. The use of
information means any reproduction, republication, distribution, processing, translation, inclusion of
its parts in other works and other methods provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and
Related Rights.
4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS and Content
4.1 The Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as Third-Party
websites), as well as articles, photographs, illustrations, graphic images, audio and video,
information, applications, programs and other Content belonging to or originating from third parties
(Third-Party content), which is the result of intellectual activity and complies with the legislation of
Ukraine and is protected by it.
4.2 The Organization is not responsible for any information posted on third-party websites accessed by
the User through the Site or through Third-Party content, including any opinions or statements on
Third-Party websites or in the Content third parties.
4.3 A link to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature,
which is posted on the Site, does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these
products / services by the Organization.
4.4 If the User decides to leave the Site and go to third-party websites and / or use or install third-party
programs, he does so at his/her own risk. From this moment, the current Terms of Use no longer
apply to the User, he/she should be guided by the rules and policies of third-party websites.
5. Charitable voluntary donation
5.1 The organization accepts charitable voluntary donations through a payment account using the bank
details indicated on the Site in the Support section
5.2 Donated amounts are non-refundable and all transaction costs are your responsibility.
5.3 Please note that your bank may charge additional fees on your donation.
6. CHANGES TO THE TERMS6.1 These Terms may be changed and/or supplemented by the Organization unilaterally without any
special notification.
6.2 The current edition of the Terms is available on the Internet at the address:

6.3 Appeals, proposals and claims of individuals and legal entities to the Organization related to Terms,
all questions regarding the operation of the Site, related to the rights and interests of third parties
when using it can be sent to the email address

6.4 The Organization recommends that Users regularly check the Terms for their changes and/or
additions. The User's continued use of the Site after changes and/or additions to the current Terms
means the User's acceptance and consent to such changes and/or additions.
